What is the purpose of the lock button in the clipboard if it doesn't prevent clips from being deleted? It seems like everything is kept indefinitely until you manually delete from the clipboard so I am just curious what that lock does.
It does protect items in the clipboard area when the lock icon is activated on an item. If an item is locked, it will not be deleted when you select the delete icon.
If you locked items on clipboard, then cannot be deleted on edge panel, as you can activate clipboard on edge panel, this is only the purpose, otherwise you can delete anywhere as this is as i have said when i saw this at first time, i think software is not perfect.
