Screen problems, dead pixels and bubbles...

Hi guys,

 

I bought the second edition of the Galaxy Fold when it came out last year. In November... recently, I had a problem with dead pixels, had to wait for a good amount of time for Samsung to repair it instore and get it back to me. 

 

Just 6 weeks later, I now have air bubbles in the centre and the right-most part of the screen. I have taken good care, and exercised caution from water, dust etc. It was carried out by a Samsung engineer.

Has anybody else experienced anything similar? I'm so disappointed.  To add insult, call centre staff are now saying that I can't get it looked at outside of the UK. I'm in Bulgaria and don't plan on returning to UK this side of 2020. 

 

Has anybody had any help with this sort of problem? 

Has anybody had a repair done outside of the UK for their phone? 

 

I can't help but feel annoyed.

I'm getting a bubble that I push out at the bottom of the screen on the fold itself. Its spreading slowly but surely; I wonder if they will replace.
