Texting Across Devices (Phones)

Does anyone know of a way that one could send and receive text messages on 2 different Samsung phones (similar to Call & Text On Other Devices with Samsung tablets) with the following conditions:

• One device has active SIM 
• Second device not activate, but is connected to Wi-Fi
• Continuing to use Samsung Messages app (no 3rd party app required)

I have the Z Flip5 and Z Fold3. My Flip has my active number on it. While my Fold I use at work as a dedicated tablet.

If you use Google Messages this feature is coming soon, I am in Google Messages beta, I get my texts on my phone, watch and Tab S9+.

If you're on Verizon, Message+ will work

I appreciate the alternate messaging suggestions. But I'm trying to accomplish this without using something other than Samsung Messaging.
