Who knows why it is so hard to get my phone replaced, due to battery issues. ( will not charge, have to charge on wireless charger an only up to 50%, the customer service call was dropped several times, an so musch more that i had to deal **bleep**)I only had this fold for 4 months an deems not worth the money I paid for. Any advice?

Thank you for reaching out. I understand your frustration with your device not taking a full charge. I will be happy to look into this further for you. If your Galaxy phone or tablet is running low on battery and doesn't seem to charge, there are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For example, you may simply need to replace a worn out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger. Please give this link a try: www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001573
If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps provided and are still experiencing these symptoms we would recommend service for your device.
