Who knows why it is so hard to get my phone replaced, due to battery issues. ( will not charge, have to charge on wireless charger an only up to 50%, the customer service call was dropped several times, an so musch more that i had to deal **bleep**)I only had this fold for 4 months an deems not worth the money I paid for. Any advice?

If your Galaxy phone or tablet is running low on battery and doesn't seem to charge, there are a couple of things that may be causing the problem.
