Why is it so hard to get my phone replaced due to battery issues?

Who knows why it is so hard to get my phone replaced, due to battery issues.  ( will not charge, have to charge on wireless charger an only up to 50%,  the customer service call was dropped several times, an so musch more that i had to deal **bleep**)I only had this fold for 4 months an deems not worth the money I paid for. Any advice?

Thank you for reaching out. I understand your frustration  with your device not taking a full charge. I will be happy to look into this further for you. If your Galaxy phone or tablet is running low on battery and doesn't seem to charge, there are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For example, you may simply need to replace a worn out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger. If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps provided and are still experiencing these symptoms we would recommend service for your device.
