Z Fold 2 not showing 5G

So I had a Note 20 Ultra and everywhere I go I had 5G but today I changed to the Z Fold 2 and all I get is LTE and LTE+... anyone got an idea whats going on? :(

if you are in bad cell area, or Verizon you won't show 5g most of the time.

so I just got home and while I had my phone plugged on Android Auto, it was on 5G but when I unplugged it and went inside the house I am back to LTE (used to have 5G inside the house when I was using the Note 20 Ultra)

At home, it's LTE. At my workplace, I get 5G. I'm going to assume you have no 5G towers within your range.

but on my note 20 ultra I had 5g 24/7 everywhere including my house.
