Galaxy FoldThank you for reaching out. I understand your frustration with your Z fold 3 constantly restarts. Wiping the cache partition of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 will remove the temporary files stored by the operating system that may be causing issues with the device. Try the following steps:
Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Side key.
When the green Android logo displays, release all keys (‘Installing system update’ will show for about 30 – 60 seconds before showing the Android system recovery menu options).
Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
Press Power key to select wipe cache partition.
Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
Press the Power key to restart the device.
If your Z Fold3 5G is still experiencing problems such as freezing, crashing or being unresponsive even after wiping its cache partition try to run the unit on safe mode. Take a look at this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
If these steps do not help please back up your device and perform a Factory Data Reset.
Lastly, you are welcome to call us at 1-800-726-7864 in order to look into your options or you can visit your local uBreakiFix for walk-in service options.
