So my wife's z fold 4 is having an issue where if she wakes phone up or has something on the outer screen and opens it it doesn't continue on inner screen u can still see the screen on the outside, the inner one is black. Same goes for if u have something on inner screen and close it doesn't continue outside. Now sometimes when u are on outer screen and open, it still on on the outer and then like 10 secs later it actually swaps to inner it's very odd. This is a replacement refurbished phone from tmobile that she got for a inner screen issue she was having with her original phone. With that phone she never had this issue. Does anyone else know of having this issue and maybe how to fix it? She has all apps to continue in settings. She has tried restarting multiple times and still same issue. @Franhen91 It sounds like for some reason your phone isn't reacting to the change in folding status. For troubleshooting, she can boot her phone in safe mode. If it works properly while booted in safe mode, you know that some 3rd party software is causing it.
