i was trying to send sms to my friends iphone but says message blocking active (in reality its not). and i can only send mms to him on his iphone. same as him when he is sending a message he uses mms. why is this so?
this sort of issue is carrier side's issue. talk to your carrier please.
it could be issue from your carrier or the other end of the conversation's carrier. If it's the same carrier then even so, the settings applied to each account can differ a bit and cause such issue.
