When trying to purchase samsung care plus for my new device I get this error. You can see I'm on the US site for a US device but it says I need an Australian imei. I've tried on pc, I've tried via the banner in the app, I've tried from multiple devices, I've tried from multiple networks, and I'm not using a VPN. I see others are having the same issue but I figure one more post won't hurt.
