Update: after calling Samsung and venting to them and saying to get this right i should keep my trade in discount and not return my Note 10. Well my Fold 2 came in today and no return ship label for my trade in and not on the my order tab online.
OK so on October 23, 2020 I ordered the Galaxy Tab s7+, tab s7+ keyboard case, a replacement S pen for my Tab S6+, and the new Galaxy Fold 2. I got my tab s7, keyboard, and s pen pretty fast delivered on October 27th, 2020. but the fold was showing "customizing " with expected ship date of November 7th, 2020. since October 23rd. Here is November 9th and I just got an email saying my order is being delayed but no reason was given. Seriously, Samsung? I dropped several grand at once and this is the level of customer service that you give? I should have just ordered through Verizon instead. When can I expect my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 to ship and arrive?
I am a loyal Samsung customer as well.
