Carbone Tomatoe Sauce
My Stepfathers name was William P Carbone(Billy). He was born in Frankfort NY. Bill was a Very Versatile and highly skilled drummer who was self taught. Literally the Best Drummer I've ever heard in my lifetime. Bill was accomplished in Jazz and Blues and Rock. Bill passed away unfortunately in his childhood home at the age of 68 in a house fire all alone. I wish he and my mom never broke up in 1995. My mom met Billy a year or so after my father, Roy F McDonough was murdered in East Boston on February 6th 1983. Billy died on February 7th 2020. Billy was driving his beautiful baby blue 1982 Chevy Corvette near the beach somewhere in Massachusetts and my mom saw him and yelled "hi I love your Corvette". Billy heard her and turned around and pulled right up to my mom and said "you want a ride, get in". We'll long story short, she got in and the rest is history. Billy's parents in Upstate NY bought a piece of property in Florida way back in 1955 and Billy talked my mom into using the money my mom received from suing the pool hall where my father was murdered, as a down payment on a brand new house on that piece of property. She did! I am truly grateful to Bill for being the father i so desperately needed at that tender age of 7. I had 2 other siblings, a. Older brother and a younger sister, but I was definitely his favorite, I was his lil' Pepper Boy(I had loads and loads of energy lol). Rip billy
