The Valley of Dreams is a surreal, remote badlands area in northwestern New Mexico, located near the Ah-Shi-Sle-Pah Wilderness and south of Farmington. Renowned for its alien-like landscapes, the area features colorful clay hills, sandstone hoodoos (including the "Alien Throne"), petrified wood, and rich fossil deposits.
