And now 4 days later (after being told tier 3 was had it escalated and it was going to be completed within 19 hours) nothing still had changed.
It's now also been 2.5 weeks since I was told on Aug. 25th that my issue was being escalated.
The operator today said it was being flagged to the phone operator manager, and that I should get an email from them within 24-48 hours.
Anyone wanna bet I still won't hear anything by the end of Friday?

I have received a notification from Samsung that my headphone will ship this week.
I checked the tracking and it states that label was created on 9/11 but shipment did not scan for departure.
Hope to receive it either end of this week or early next week..
