Hey guys, when you are sending in your information (as requested above), can you please tell us where in the process you are encountering an error message in as much detail as possible? Also, Have you all received your email stating you are approved to redeem your V-Bucks? Thanks!

Thanks for posting this. I didn't even know this was going on. I did what you said by downloading Shop Samsung app and placed the order. Minutes later I got a message that said they would ship my order the week of September 10th.
