Can you guys please be sure to provide the Baseband version (Found under the About Device section in settings) and carrier information as well? Even with the unlocked versions we need this information. Thanks!

Hi,note 9 connects to car original car audio but no network on system..
And when i try to make calls from steering wheel control,it tells theres no network.
But when i dial from my mobile it works.
Note that it is doing it in my ford original system and also on pioneer 2550.
With another mobile it works perfeck.

I also am having the same issue with my 2018 Toyata Camry with bluetooth disconnecting every few minutes and reconnecting.
Are there any updates on this? Since apple car play now offers ways i will check if there is a resolution in the next week. If not back over to apple.

Put your seatbelts on you could be waiting awhile. Many of us have bluetooth paring issues with the note 9 and so far Samsung has been silent....
My new note 9 will pair but disconnects within a few minutes. I tried to delete and pair it again but that didn't wofk.

Hey there users135Y8CmIH, I merged your post with our main thread about this issue. Can you provide me with the model number of your Note 9, the baseband version, and the make/model info of your vehicle?
I am currently working with our product specialists in order to figure this out. I do not yet have anything new to add though, I'm sorry.
