Adjusting Setting To Download PDFs

Somehow, when I download a pdf form, it goes directly to an app I mistakenly tapped "All the time". I am trying to get this setting back to a default status so I have the options to which app I want to open up the document. Thanks for any knowledge of how to accomplish this.

Have you checked in the phone settings

1. Click on Apps
2. Click the 3 dot menu in upper right
3. Click Default apps
