I have a Note 20 Ultra 5G and AT&T is my carrier. The other phone on my account is a Note 9 and after this last security update ( I believe that's what it was ) advanced text messaging no longer works between my phone and the Note 9. The person who has the Note 9, their advanced texting works with others. Just not me. This has happened on and off and normally a simple restart of the phones will fix the issue. Not this time. Any suggestions? AT&T says call Samsung and Samsung says call AT&T.

You can try wiping the Patrician Cache

1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key.
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
6. Press Bixby / Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Bixby / Power key to select.
8. When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Bixby / Power key to restart the device.

Seems to have started working again on its own. But I will keep that in mind if it happens again. It usually happens after an update.
