Is this a corporate managed account? If not, please uninstall the Airwatch app, restart the phone, and reinstall. If it is a managed device, please contact your IT department.

I did so, then within the VMWare Airwatch App I had a notification that I needed to accept a EULA from Samsung, but when I tap on that notification nothing would happen - and I have no clue where the Eula was or how to accept it. However, after about an hour delay - that notification went away. Solved. Bopttom line  - duplicated airwatch version ijnstallations. Thanks for your help.
