my phone sounds an alarm since 4 in the morning and it cannot be deactivated it lasts 3 hours I already called for help, but it stayed the same

Check your safety and emergency settings. A setting called Emergency SOS may be the culprit.

What is the alarm? Is it a simple clock alarm, or maybe an Emergency SOS alarm?
