I'm new to android and am surprised how much stuff came loaded on my note 10, 95% of which I'll never use. Can I delete stuff and still get it back Later? With an apple phone you can always go back to iTunes and restore. Can this be done with android,

Certain things will delete automatically after 15-60 days of being in the trash, I'm not sure if you can create multiple copies of your device at different points in time

There are certain apps that you can't uninstall. But there are some apps that you can disable and then they wont appear on home screen. You can enable them whenever you want from settings -> Apps. From top you can choose to see all disabled apps. Then you can enable each app from there. Other apps that I can't disable and uninstall, I just keep them all in a folder on last home screen. So, just disable as many apps as you can.

Finally stumbled on how to get rid of unwanted apps without deleting them.

Settings/display/home screen/hide apps. All apps are listed as hidden or shown.
