My Note 20 Ultra was giving trouble for weeks, trying to simply make my Smart Things recognize it.
Samsung gave me a list of things to try none of which worked. Moderators, I'm not knocking Samsung, I've owned nothing but Samsung TVs and Cell Phones after the Motorola Droid.
Out of the blue, no apparent reason, it suddenly paired successfully.
