App Switcher Icons Broken

This is a pretty small issue, but is anyone else experiencing generic Android icons for any non-Samsung apps in the app Switcher (3 lines button)? At first I thought it was only google apps but it does appear to be any non-Samsung app since the only icon that properly shows is messages.

go to settings, apps, One UI, Storage, Clear App.
(notice this will delete widgets and shortcuts you created and return experience to default state)

thanks that seemed to work! I don't use the one ui launcher so it never occurred to me to do this.
