Are all major updates done for the Note 8?

Are all major updates for the Note 8, except security updates, done for or will there be more? I know each model gets 3 major updates and that's it. Did they expand it to more than 3 major updates, and if they did, will the Note 8 be getting anymore updates?

The Note 8 is a great phone phone but it is time to upgrade. It appears updates are no more.

S8 and note 8 no longer have software update support
S9 series was just discontinued from that aswell if I recall correctly
