About 2 weeks ago my bluetooth software started turning itself off and on again, I assume it was my earphones since they weren't workworking at the time(Galaxy Buds 2). So after I contacted support and tried troubleshooting I found flat after 'Reseting Network settings' it got rid of the problem. Since this week I got new earbuds (Galaxy Buds 2 Pro) after 2days the issue popped back up again so I am assuming software on my ozone was casuing it, I check Bixby routines but I had that software off so I am stick on whats the issue.

Hello, We understand how frustrating it is when your Bluetooth keeps disconnecting. We see you have tried most of the troubleshooting here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01209182/

If you have tested the Bluetooth devices with other connections and there is no disconnect, and you have factory reset the phone and still continue to experience the disconnects, we recommend having the phone evaluated by a certified technician.

You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
