Blurry and dark app icon text

Hey all. Just got my replacement note 10+ from my last one that had camera issues...Now noticing blurry text only in my home screens for the apps. 

They are dark and blurry. Have attached pics from old phone to show what they should be. 

Have tried restarting, and uninstalling and reinstalling the apps in question.

Any ideas on how to fix this one? How it should look. Crisp clear text

Fixed it myself. 

To whoever this happens to again, 

Remove your wallpaper and I used some random samsung wallpaper. 

Then do a hard restart of the phone (not reset)

Once restarted then change your wallpaper back to whatever you wanted and it should be back to normal.

happens to me as well but no need to change the wallpaper just restart the phone. Very annoying but it only happens to me when I use Samsung DeX.

I just noticed if I change my wallpaper from a dark picture to a bright one (my bg is a dark picture) then the issue resolves itself. If you have a look at your blurry screenshot you presented on the brighter colors the text is not blurry. For a time being I will start using brighter pictures and see if the issue comes back when I used DeX.
