I have had my car for over a year and have been able to use my Bluetooth no problem until today and I and I've tried everything from repairing to restarting to reacting and nothing works I cannot connect any devices to my car

Reset your connections.

Search 'reset network connections' in Settings. It won't factory reset the phone, but you'll have to re-establish all your BT and wi-fi connections.

Contact your car manufacturer. Perhaps the vehicle needs a software update.

not sure if you've already tried but you can try deleting all the connected device on the car's system and try re-connecting (delete the connection from the phone as well).

I found that car or tv's tend to have much lower limit of how many devices it can store in the list of connected devices.
