Twice now I have had a picture download from the chrome browser app get stuck downloading when the file is visible and usable otherwise. This continual "download" cannot be paused or canceled. I have to restart the whole phone to make it stop. Closing the app doesn't help and I can't find any settings in the phone or the app that help with this problem.
