Galaxy Note PhonesThis is probably the wrong platform for this. But I was told that I could write a contact or number on my screen and transfer it to my contacts. Is that still available on my note 10?

Galaxy Note PhonesThat feature is available for saved notes. Create a new note. Write a phone number. Save it. Now open Samsung Notes and open the note you saved. Hover your SPen over the phone number and you will see a blue icon appear that looks like a phone. Tap that.
From here you can dial the phone number or add it to contacts. This also works with email addresses.
Here is a youtube video demonstrating the feature.
