Cool Jazz installing itself to my phone

A galaxy application is currently been installed on my phone. It called Cool jazz and it's surveillance who tried to install it. I tried Uninstalling it but it did work it still appears on my screen. This happened while I was sleeping. Can you help me.

Cool Jazz is the name of a Samsung font.
