I have a note 10 & I just started using digital wellbeing to keep track of my screentime in hopes of reducing it. I do not believe the timer is accurate. I hoped that I could upload a screenprint but I don't see that option. I am manually adding up the individual app times which equal 3 hours but DW shows double that. Is anyone else using this feature & having the same issue?

Hello, Welcome to the Community! We understand how helpful digital wellbeing can be for managing your screen time. Here is an article with more information regarding the feature: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00085547/

If it doesn't seem to be tracking the time correctly, try clearing the app cache: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/

Under Settings>Apps, you will need to select to Show System/Samsung apps.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the Digital Wellbeing feature on your Note 10. The Digital Wellbeing feature is designed to help you monitor and manage your screen time, so it's important that it works accurately for you.

If you're manually adding up the individual app times and they're only totaling 3 hours, but Digital Wellbeing is showing double that amount, there may be an issue with the feature's tracking system. One possible explanation could be that Digital Wellbeing is counting time spent on apps that you may not have opened or used.

You could try a few things to troubleshoot the issue. Firstly, try restarting your device and see if that resolves the issue. You could also try clearing the cache and data for the Digital Wellbeing app in your device's settings. If the issue persists, you could try reaching out to Samsung's customer support for further assistance.

For more information, you might examine where you can find some information about the issue: https://www.samsunger.com/2023/04/how-to-check-see-screen-time-on-samsung.html
