My AT&T note 10 plus is stuck on the December security update. My wife got the one ui 2.1 update today but my hasn't updated in months. I've called everyone and no one call seem to even try to help me
I have called and argued with AT&T today 3 different representatives advised me that it's Samsung that's sending out the update and they have nothing to do with when we actually receive it. My argument was that how would a cell company allow an update that could potentially shut down the customers phones without first receiving the updates themselves. They refused to understand that AT&T sends the updates from Samsung out not Samsung itself. So needless to say still no update and Samsung isnt helping either.
