I suppose what I can do is discuss the quality of the build on a $1,000 phone on my podcasts and blog and then also make sure I never use Samsung products again.

Why would you answer in such a way? Maybe let someone officially from the company that can assist me state so, instead of someone with no authority within the company?

You could do that but I still don't believe it will solve the issue. The phone is beyond warranty coverage unless you have insurance of some type.
