I have the Note 20, and for the past few months I haven't been able to access the Galaxy Store or Themes. When I check my App functions, the Galaxy Store icon pops up as if I've been using it. I always get these weird messages as well. I've cleared out the cache but I'm not sure what else to do. I like my phone and I'm not ready to part ways and update to a new phone yet.

Hi. I would suggest clear data for Galaxy Store, and not only cache if you haven't already. Also remove updates to the app.
