I have seen thousands of customers with the same issue I’m having with the note 10 not charging due to low battery temp.

My phone went 2 months over the warranty and I find absurd that when I called Samsung, I was asked to pay to get my phone repair when it’s a manufacture defect.

I'm a loyal customer who owns many Samsung products from laptops, to phones, TV and even my washer and dryer. I have never experienced a problem like this one before.

I gave my old galaxy s5 phone to my uncle and still works until today and a bright new phone is giving these problems.

Samsung should recall the note 10 phones and fix it for free regardless if the warranty is expired without having us to pay $80 for it.

After this experience I’m considering switching to a different brand since Samsung don’t care for their customers

who's your carrier? whether or not you have ins through them or not, most have battery replacements for real cheap or you can ask where they get there repair work done locally and go to them. I've never personally, had to or just cause, done that before but I know most do by being the tag along of friends and girlfriends that have needed it and them being to scared to ask.

Its not the battery, I took the phone to an autorized Samsung repair center and they told me its a problem with either the motherboard or Wireless Charging Coil Flex. Its a manufacture defect and if you search in here you will find that aot people had the same problem countless times.

My carrier is Sprint but I dont have insurance with them so nothing they can do about it.

Im running in circles with no resolution.

have you taken a can of compressed air and blown out the USB port, stuck the phone while completely turned off, completely submerged in a container of uncooked white rice being careful not to get any grains stuck in the open ports for 24 hrs, then cleaning the whole phone with the recommend cloth type only and no cleaner, blow out the port for a few more seconds and then try it? whether it is, has ever been, or not, registered a moisture detection in the USB port, it can suddenly just trick some safety thing causing something it can't read and tripping some error message. since your stuck now with nothing to lose why not give it a shot. if it doesn't help your no worse off then you are now, and if it works then....

I tried everything possible. There was no water damage, I took the phone to an authorized Samsung repair center and they found no water and told me it’s a problem with either the motherboard or Wireless Charging Coil Flex. It’s a manufacture defect and if you search in here you will find that a lot of people had reported the same problem countless times with not only the note 10 but also the new note 20.

@user6qx5BygggK I apologize for your frustrations. Please send a private message with the model code and the IMEI number of the phone so I may look into this further. http://bit.ly/2XERsky

was saying that it was water damaged, was providing a solution used, for water damage prevention, that can work in cases of odd errors from things being read wrong internally that's throwing a wrong code and what to try to fix it if it's that. regardless of who said what and how many similar cases there have been does not always mean that's your issue, and with more complaints filed about the same repeat issue, make specialists and repair shops jump to that as the culprit by default and not actually finding out and assuming so cause all the others were like that.
