I have seen thousands of customers with the same issue I’m having with the note 10 not charging due to low battery temp.
My phone went 2 months over the warranty and I find absurd that when I called Samsung, I was asked to pay to get my phone repair when it’s a manufacture defect.
I'm a loyal customer who owns many Samsung products from laptops, to phones, TV and even my washer and dryer. I have never experienced a problem like this one before.
I gave my old galaxy s5 phone to my uncle and still works until today and a bright new phone is giving these problems.
Samsung should recall the note 10 phones and fix it for free regardless if the warranty is expired without having us to pay $80 for it.
After this experience I’m considering switching to a different brand since Samsung don’t care for their customers
Its not the battery, I took the phone to an autorized Samsung repair center and they told me its a problem with either the motherboard or Wireless Charging Coil Flex. Its a manufacture defect and if you search in here you will find that aot people had the same problem countless times.
My carrier is Sprint but I dont have insurance with them so nothing they can do about it.
Im running in circles with no resolution.
I tried everything possible. There was no water damage, I took the phone to an authorized Samsung repair center and they found no water and told me it’s a problem with either the motherboard or Wireless Charging Coil Flex. It’s a manufacture defect and if you search in here you will find that a lot of people had reported the same problem countless times with not only the note 10 but also the new note 20.
