Galaxy note 8 not updating

My galaxy note 8 says it is up to date but it is ui 1 and android 8.0 that's not up to date

Hi Jacob126, Welcome to the Community. We understand your concern regarding the updates. 

@GaryB82 is correct. The Note 8 is no longer receiving updates. Service providers will be updating the Note 20s through this year, and they will no longer receive updates. The Note 20 is the last of the Note line of phones as the features have been moved to the S series Ultra phones.
