Google Search Suddenly No Swipe or Predictive Text

Hello, my phone just started this.  I also noticed my texting had the same issue and I got that back but Google search is still missing them both.  What happened and how do I fix it?  

My settings are all set to include swipe and predictive text.  So I am perplexed!

That may be in the settings of the actual keyboard itself... Click the 3 little dots and see if you can find predictive txt.

I don't have 3 dots and all my keyboard settings include swiping and predictive text.

This has just happened to me too. WhatsApp, email, etc. are all fine but Google search has no predictive text. All settings are toggled on.

What I did to fix it is remove the google search bar (uninstalled it) and re-ad a different widget google search bar.
