Hello. Why is the HD Calling feature on my phone disabled? How can I enable it. The quality of my outgoing calls is terrible in comparison to other Android phone users.
HD call feature is carrier based feature. you need to check if the carrier side is all working as it should. if they can't help then you can try submitting error report to samsung members > get help > error report after checking the HD call setting.
