How can I get rid of the pop-up notification heads?

How do you get rid of those annoying little pop-up notification heads? Each time I get a message a little circle appears with the contacts picture.  Very annoying.

@Eric1701 go to Settings>At the top search for Smart-Pop Up View(it's in Advanced Features)>Turn it off for any/all apps you so choose. 🙂

Thanks for the answer.  Too bad the settings are hidden in Advanced settings instead of Notifications where it belongs. Still, thanks for the solution.
