How do I backup all my content to my cloud

Depending on which cloud you're talking about you were talking about Samsung cloud to go to settings accounts and backup pick Samsung cloud and then touch sync It will sync the specific items
If you're talking about Google that is in the same menu that's just back up my data
I have Verizon so I have Verizon cloud I open that app and back up whatever I want including music videos pictures text call log and photos and contacts
