How do I get my APPs back after reset

I noticed that the "factory reset" didn't include some of the apps that originally came with my phone.  How do I get these apps back?

You can restore if you did a full back before resetting it. It's as good as signing in and reinstall them from the stores. Second option is my preferred method.

But I didn't keep a list of all the apps that was originally had installed.

I was told by SPRINT staff that when I did a reset "my phone would be returned to the original state WHEN I BOUGHT MY PHONE". 

That is not true.

After resetting...I'm missing apps.

Same again after my most recent reset.

Go to Google Google apps my library they might not be in order but they're all going to be there

Correct, they are in the managed apps & device in play store or my apps in Galaxy store.
