How to make smaller letters?

I need to figure out how to type small letters within a message or post. I'm not talking about changing the font size or anything. I just need to know how to do this: ¹²³⁴⁵ with letters instead of numbers

It called superscript. It should be available in rich text fields. It will not be available in SMS messages.

So then what is the key bind for when it is available?

In html the <sup> will add superscript. This edit area does not support that html though.

Otherwise, you will need to select superscript from a text formatting menu.
