I want to update my Note 8 from Android 9 to 11?

How do I upgrade my os system from Android 9 to 11?

I went to settings and to about phone. But there is no system update available.

Hello,

@userO1TN4tyO91 would be correct about the Note 8 series no longer will receive any major OS updates, just the normal security patch updates provided by your carrier. As far as I am aware, the Note 10/S10 series are the oldest models that have gotten or will receive the Android 11 updates. 

Just a heads up, Rooting your device is not recommended and will void any factory warranty on the device.

unless you root your device, you won't. Samsung stopped providing software updates to those device. They want you to update to a device that's new or atleast 2yrs behind.
