I pre-ordered my Note 10+ from Best Buy and picked up on 8/23/19.  It has shown the error "IMS Service keeps stopping"  ever since.  I have cleared cache , cleared data, cleared (partition) cache, also went as far as doing a 'factory reset ' last night which was a pain and still did not correct the error.  I spoke with a nice AT&T lady and she tried having me turn off 'Advanced Messaging'  ....   still did not help.  The software update that came over yesterday did not help.  It is so annoying.    Help!

@PeacocksDaphne Have you tried another SIM card in your device?

So you have an unlocked Note10 or AT&T branded?

We ( @RedDragon ) have seen different threads about this and September software update seemed to fix the issue.  Most people that had this issue were using US phone in Australia with their carriers.

See what kind of build version you have: go to settings>about phone>software version and there look at baseband version or you can take screenshot of that page.

It will also show which patch you have: August or september

It is an AT&T Note 10+.  My last update was yesterday but it does show Sept 1.  Android 9 One UI 1.5..

@PeacocksDaphne are you using AT&T version of Note 10? I think only samsung can help with this. Are you able to make VoLTE calls or wifi calling?

Yes, it has popped up every time I restart the phone and once in awhile when the phone is already on.

I can make wifi calls (I guess, it shows wifi calling turned on)

If you open phone app and go to keypad, the call button will show wifi with handset or just a handset.  At least this is like that on T-Mobile and possibly similar across carriers
