Lack Of Updates for One UI 3.0

I am running a galaxy Note 10+, it is unlocked but I do have a plan with T-Mobile, it is also a snapdragon model. I am seeing a lot of people get the update and I am wondering why I have not gotten it, is there any reason for this?

carriers send out the updates...head over to tmobile and check it out...it looks like they are still developing for note10
