Galaxy Note PhonesHi everyone,
I have a problem with "Portrait mode only" settings. I already turned OFF "Portrait mode only" setting BUT my phone is NOT able to rotate to Landscape mode.
I already tried to reboot my phone after changed the setting. And also tried to clear cache/data of the launcher.
Can everyone help me on this situation? Thanks.

Galaxy Note Phones"Portrait mode only" only affects rotation of the home screen itself, and only if Auto Rotate is on.
If you pull down the notifications, the pull down the quick icons, you should have an icon for Auto Rotate. Blue is on. IfI it's gray, press it and you should be all set.

Galaxy Note PhonesIf the Auto Rotate icon is blue it is on. If it is gray it no longer says Auto Rotate but says Portrait with a lock icon. Tap the Portrait icon and the Auto Rotate icon comes on blue and the screen auto rotates again.
