Learning how to screen record

I'm learning to screen record. After, when playing back the screen recorded video you can see a flashing box that is screen record symbol at the top. Along with this my notification bar is also shown. Is there a way to remove that?

You Cut and Power Director are okay too. I preferred InShot though so I guess it'll depend on your needs.
