Light filter on Android 10?

Just installed Android 10 on my Note10+ last night. I immediately noticed that the screen seemed to have some type of filter when turning on dark mode. A light filter perhaps? I tried to adjust my screen brightness setting and didn't work. Even the wallpaper on my screen seemed to have some type of "Instagram" filter. It's really weird how when I switch off dark mode, it seem to go back to normal. Anyone else having this issue?

have you tried to enable/disable 'Apply to wallpaper' and 'Adaptive color filter' in the dark mode setting? I'm sure 'Blue light filter' is already disabled, correct?

Do you experience these symptoms if you test your device in safe mode?

That actually worked. Disabling "apply to wallpaper" in dark mode stopped the "light"filter. Thank you!
