Micro sd card transfer from one to another

I have a Samsung note 9 and 64 gb micro sd card. Id like to upgrade my sd card to 128 or 256gb card. How do I do this or is there an instructional video for transferring info from one to another and then reinstall it on the phone?

@CaryS21Ultra  If I'm wanting to copy my sd card to another sd card I normally use a computer to copy the first sd card to the computer then copy everything you just copied back to the new sd card you can watch this video
